Returns Policy
CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are possible only for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. If you submit a cancellation request before your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
RETURNS
At Alorair, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, you have a 14-day return window from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To complete the return, please provide the original order number or proof of purchase and contact our customer service department to confirm the return shipping address.
Note:
- Custom-made items or products with personalized labels are excluded from the 14-day refund policy.
- If you are returning a product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges, arranged through a shipping company of your choice.
- Products returned due to damage or incorrect delivery can be returned free of charge.
- There is no restocking fee for returning a product.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you an acknowledgment of receipt and the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you do not see the refund after 5 business days, please contact your bank. Some banks and credit card companies have specific processing times before a refund is posted. If you have checked with your bank and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@alorair.com.
