1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
2. Shipment Processing Time
AlorairVBS provides standard free shipping on all U.S. orders, automatically applied at checkout. We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping. If you require shipping outside the U.S., please contact us by email.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped. Delivery typically takes between 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
If there is a high volume of orders, we will notify you promptly of any potential shipping or delivery delays via email or phone.
Please note:
- Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays.
- Ensure all necessary information is completed on the order page; otherwise, the shipment will not be processed.
- You can track your order via the email confirmation provided.
- Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Change of Delivery Address
We can update the address any time before the order is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, the address can be modified once, but success is not guaranteed.
4. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable item while shipping the rest of your order.
5. Delivery Delays
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.
6. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to update.
If you have not received your order within 5-14 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at sales@alorair.com with your name and order number for assistance.
7. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If your parcel is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service team immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were absent, contact us as soon as possible for further instructions.
8. Cancellations
If an order cannot be intercepted before shipment, you must wait for the product to arrive before initiating a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund.
